National Data Bases as the Basis of Clinical Guidelines in the Provision of Medical Care in the CIS Countries
摘要
The World Health Organization invoke all States to switch to so-called evidence-based medicine. There are no original national evidence bases in the CIS member states. The general legal acts of the CIS concerning the provision of medical care do not contain norms on clinical recommendations. At the same time, in most cases, the procedure for developing clinical recommendations in the CIS member states is reduced to searching for existing clinical recommendations in the world (developed by various independent groups of specialists), their critical evaluation, systematic search for evidence in special databases and their evaluation. This chapter will discuss the problems and solutions, the creation of a unified approach to the use and application of national databases in the CIS countries.
