College has changed—changed in operation, student population, and sense of responsibility for the whole student. In higher education’s embrace of mental health, one critical issue becomes how to address well-being beyond clinical services. This paper introduces an evidence-based model, U Bring Change to Mind, a “high-touch” student empowerment program designed to make campuses “safe and stigma-free zones.” The contemporary challenge, rationale, scientific foundations, evaluation results, and examples of student-developed activities provide an initial introduction.
