It is important to bring attention to the ways mental illness stigma is entrenched in the fabric of the campus culture to usher in a change. The voices represented in this volume were those who heeded our call to illuminate the need for a collaborative approach to this very real problem and provide evidence that the solutions for addressing increased distress and challenging mental illness stigma is not just the responsibility of one area on campus. There are several themes in this volume that emerged as important points to address stigma. This chapter provides a summary of those suggestions to assist readers in developing strategies to use on their campuses.
