Artificial intelligence is certainly worth our attention as users as well as the attention of those who create and apply legal rules. Individuals and societies around the world will probably attest to groundbreaking occurrences caused by this technology in the following years and decades. At the moment, it may appear that the buzz around it does not deserve to be so great. Products that are marketed as AI seem to have to catch more attention than the ones that are not. Services performed by AI have an aura of exclusivity compared to the ones where a human interacts with other humans. AI is seen as prestigious and desired by those who would like to be perceived as tech-savvy. At the same time, skepticism about the results of interaction between AI and persons is not insignificant. They range from the fear of not being able to be left alone due to the involvement of technology in our lives, as Shoshana Zuboff described in her book “The Age of Surveillance Capitalism”, to our inability to live and meet our needs without dependency on technology, as Ivan Illich claimed in his book “Tools for Conviviality”.
