Human Factors of Teleresuscitation and Telementoring
摘要
Telementoring has proven to be a viable means of providing advanced medical care in remote or austere environments. A large body of research has focused on developing technology to facilitate telementoring; however, the human element remains largely unexplored. As medicine and technology improve, research into the human factors of telementoring must keep pace. Communication strategies consisting of standard approaches, and short concise validated scripts may improve the safety, efficacy, and overall experience for mentors and remote providers.
