Steganography in the Digital Age: An In-Depth Review of Techniques
摘要
Sending information to the proper destination in a hidden way to the receiver is called “steganography.” This is a way or practice of securing information from the outside world. By doing so, we can hide information within a video file, or it can be an image or a text file . Three well-known steganographic methods are examined in-depth in this review paper: Edge-Based Encoding (EBE), Pixel Value Differencing (PVD), and Least Significant Bit (LSB) embedding. In terms of data embedding capacity, imperceptibility, and robustness, this article compares and contrasts the performance of LSB, PVD, and EBE, highlighting the advantages and disadvantages of each technique.
