Environmental, Social and GovernanceGovernance (ESGESG) issues are increasingly permeating companies’ decisions about which practices adopting and what performance and return to expect from society and its stakeholdersStakeholder. The concept of ESGESG (Environmental, Social and GovernanceGovernance) is a broad set of issues, from carbon footprint to labor practices and corruption, which justify the creation of criteria and practices that direct the role and responsibilityResponsibility of business towards environmental, social and corporate governanceGovernance factors. The aim of this chapter is therefore to map out, in the light of a systematic review, how digital transformationDigital transformation can contribute to the implementation of ESGESG. To do this, a systematic review will be carried out on the scopus and Web of Science databases, answering the following questions: (1) What is digital transformationDigital transformation? (2) What is ESGESG? (3) How can digital transformationDigital transformation contribute to ESGESG implementation? The results make it possible to organize an agenda for proposing social transformation in companies through the ESGESG pillars.
