Quality evaluation of cloud service providers is a critical issue to choose the best service provider that satisfies all the objectives of the customer. This paper evaluates the quality of cloud services using the FCM clustering strategy in ANFIS and finds the predicted performance of the ANFIS with variation in several clusters. For this purpose, significant non-functional attributes have been considered from the literature review. To measure the efficiency of the ANFIS method, different performance measures i.e., MSE, RMSE, MAE, MAPE, R2 have been utilized in this paper. The result shows that FCM-ANFIS furnishes the best performance results with six clusters with the values of 9.16727E−10, 2.26529E−05, 4.2063E−06, 0.00014368 and 1 in terms of performance measures i.e., MSE, RMSE, MAE, MAPE, R2 respectively.
