Intellectual property protection is crucial as this enormous digital world produces more information. DRM methods work in regular digital contexts, but quantum computer assaults can use their tremendous processing power. Quantum-Resistant Digital Rights Management (DRM) is a novel way for managing intellectual property in augmented and virtual reality Metaverse material. This research designs and implements quantum-resistant DRM methods to solve quantum computer cryptography problems. We assess the vulnerabilities of digital rights management systems to quantum attacks and provide strong cryptographic solutions including hash-based, code-based, and lattice-based encryption to secure Metaverse material. Augmented and virtual reality content distribution systems have practical challenges with quantum-resistant digital rights management. We value compatibility, performance, and usability. We assess security and usability pros and cons to ensure platforms, content providers, and users can coexist peacefully in the Metaverse. We also consider the moral and legal implications of quantum-resistant digital rights management (DRM), including the need to balance intellectual property, fair usage, and privacy. Global Metaverse digital rights administration regulations are also considered. We want to make content creators, users, and platforms feel comfortable and collaborative. Quantum-resistant digital rights management is essential for Metaverse innovation, creativity, and sustainability because IP is so crucial. This work prepares the immersive AR/VR Metaverse for future research and applications. The goal is to connect quantum computing and Metaverse IP protection.
