The Floating Offshore Wind Turbine is to comply with the requirements of stability and watertight and weathertight integrity specified in this chapter. It is suggested that the Coastal State or other governmental authorities having jurisdiction over the Floating Offshore Wind Turbine to be installed be contacted to obtain any further applicable criteria.
