Research on Selective Video Encryption Method Based on FPGA
摘要
In this article, we propose a new selective video encryption method, which is implemented on the EV series development platform of Zynq chips. The purpose of the study is to protect video content from infringement in an open environment. Although traditional methods of encrypting the entire video are simple to implement, the cost of encrypting a large number of videos and the resulting latency cannot be ignored. This article focuses on selective encryption of specific frame and elements in video streams, and the encryption key is generated by an improved chaotic system to improve encryption performance. Since the encoding and decoding part of the video is implemented by hardware, it can greatly reduce the latency caused by software methods. The experimental results show that this method can provide good video protection while ensuring real-time performance.
