Design and Implementation of Digital Twin Visualization Model of Human Cervical Spine
摘要
With the increasing use of electronic devices such as smartphones and computers, people are spending more time in poor postures, leading to a rise in cervical spondylosis. The digital twin visualization model of the cervical spine plays an essential role in the treatment of cervical spondylosis. This study aims to design and create a digital twin visualization model of the human cervical spine to assist in the treatment of cervical spondylosis. The study first imports CT raw data into Mimics software to achieve the initial reconstruction of the skeletal model. Subsequently, the STL files generated by Mimics are imported into Geomagic software for smoothing and surfacing. The model processed by Geomagic is then imported into Solidworks software for the assembly of the cervical vertebrae and intervertebral discs. Finally, the processed model is imported into the analysis software Ansys for finite element analysis. This model and analysis provide a precise tool for the medical research, diagnosis, and treatment of cervical spine diseases. Additionally, a cervical spine health query program is proposed for patients and doctors to view the cervical spine model and finite element analysis data.
