The elderly care service system is a mode of elderly care based on the fundamental concepts of healthcare and elderly care within the field of elderly services. It facilitates the effective integration of medical care and elderly care and effectively combines online and offline resources, thereby providing convenient and reliable services to elderly users and their families. As a product of modern science and technology, the elderly care service system can exert significant application value in the field of elderly care, promoting innovation and optimization in the service models of traditional elderly care services and further safeguarding the medical and elderly care needs of the elderly population in China. Therefore, this paper outlines relevant literature on elderly care service systems both domestically and internationally to clarify their current development status. It introduces the design and optimization of service models for elderly care service systems, with optimization focusing primarily on resource scheduling within these service models. Two resource scheduling algorithms are proposed to achieve optimization.
