This paper explores the innovative applications of artificial intelligence (AI) in logistics scheduling and its impacts. Research shows that AI technologies have significantly enhanced logistics efficiency in areas such as demand forecasting, route optimization, intelligent warehousing, and real-time monitoring. Machine learning algorithms have improved the accuracy of demand forecasts, and intelligent optimization models have reduced delivery mileage and costs. The implementation of AI systems has led to increased operational efficiency and cost reductions. However, challenges such as data quality and technology integration remain. In the future, the convergence of AI with technologies like 5G and edge computing will further drive the transformation of the logistics industry. At the same time, social issues such as changes in employment structure and data security need to be addressed.
