In today's fast-paced corporate world, corporate sustainability has emerged as a priority due to the requirement for effective natural and efficient operation and management over the years. This study examines how technology empowers workers by empowering workers by supporting the partnership between green H.R.M. and organisational sustainability. Although the current literature distinguishes the individual contributions of G.H.R.M. and technology enhancements toward sustainability, the connections between the two are expected but not investigated. In order to fill this research gap, the study proposes a comprehensive conceptual model derived from the Resource-Based View (R.B.V.) model, Ability-Motivation-Opportunity (AMO) model and Stakeholder model. Based on the concept, technological integration in G.H.R. enhances H.R. processes, enhances people, and fosters a sustainable environment. Subordinate support is and should remain more captivating for encouraging H.R. practices that would ensure competent and self-motivated employees to drive the implementation of efficiency sustainability plans at the ward level. These theoretical implications of this framework extend the topographic point of convergence of R.B.V., analysing the application and relevance of A.M.O. and Stakeholder theories within sustainable H.R.M. literature and pragmatic guidelines for H.R. practitioners and organizational leaders to engineer technologies for sustainability initiatives. Due to its very conceptual character, the framework needs to be empirically validated in different types of organisations. Thus, future longitudinal studies should explore the moderation of the media-ting function of employee empowerment in this relationship. This framework aims to encourage sustainable H.R.M. practice by addressing these challenges. It provides businesses with a strategic path on how to apply human and technology resources for sustainable business success.
