The Nexus Between Morality, Ethics, and Law: A Comparative Study
摘要
This research examines the relationship among morality, ethics, and law via a comparative analysis, emphasizing their functions in informing decision-making across diverse sectors. Morality is influenced by culture and personal views, ethics offers a structured approach to address intricate difficulties, and legislation functions as an official means to uphold society standards. This study performs a systematic review of peer-reviewed journal articles, conference papers, and reputable publications from the past decade, employing thematic analysis to discern principal themes, including the impact of morality and ethics on legal frameworks and their combined role in fostering responsible behaviour. The research emphasizes privacy, impartiality, and fairness as essential ethical issues, illustrating how these values align with legal rules in sectors such as healthcare and corporate governance. The results emphasize the need of harmonizing ethical norms with legal frameworks to successfully tackle social issues. Nonetheless, dependence on secondary data and theoretical frameworks imposes constraints, possibly limiting the relevance of results to immediate decision-making. Subsequent study may concentrate on empirical investigations to better examine the relationships across various cultural settings.
