The integration of environmentally sustainable activities in Human resource management practices activities to promote the sustainable growth of organizations is termed Green human resource management (GHRM). The hospital sector is among the top listed sectors that are contributing to the degradation of the sustainable growth of the surrounding environment with their activities. There is a clear lack of exploration on the status of the GHRM from the research point of view in developing nations such as India. The present research work aims to explore the status of GHRM practices in the Indian hospital sector. The results clearly show that there is a lack of clear understanding of the GHRM among the workers who are working in the hospital sector of India and call for the encouragement of GHRM practices in the Indian hospital sector.

摘要
