AI-IoT Integration in Fintech: Enhancing Financial Management and Innovation

This study synthesizes findings from a selection of scholarly articles to explore the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and the Internet of Things (IoT) with financial technology (FinTech) and its implications for industries and organizations. A qualitative analysis was conducted, focusing on the findings of 41 relevant articles published between 2017 and 2023. These articles were selected based on their relevance to the intersection of AI, IoT, and FinTech, covering a diverse range of topics such as financial risk management, predictive analytics, and blockchain technology. The synthesis revealed multifaceted contributions of AI and IoT to FinTech across various dimensions. These included the development of robust frameworks and models for financial decision-making, enhancement of stakeholder relations within the financial sector, optimization of processes and strategies, and fostering of innovation and competitiveness. Implications: The integration of AI and IoT into FinTech offers significant implications for industries, sectors, and organizations. It empowers stakeholders to innovate, optimize operations, and remain competitive in the rapidly evolving financial landscape. Moreover, it underscores the importance of interdisciplinary collaboration, longitudinal studies, and consideration of regional and cultural variations in driving technological adoption and innovation.
