Linking Sense of Community and Innovative Work Behavior to Employee Performance in Government Institutions: A Proposed Conceptual Framework
摘要
This research introduces a conceptual framework to examine the interconnections among sense of community, innovative work behavior (IWB), and employee performance inside government organizations, particularly regarding bureaucratic reform initiatives. This study seeks to examine the effect of these factors on performance. A quantitative research approach is utilized, using stratified random sampling to choose 259 government employees from several departments. A survey will be administered to evaluate the primary constructs: a sense of community, innovative work behavior (IWB), and employee performance. Subsequent to data collection, Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) will evaluate the possible correlations among these constructs. This study expected, a sense of community positively impacts innovative work behavior, which in turn improved employee performance. This framework underscores the significance of collaboration and innovation as essential tactics for attaining organization objectives. This model elucidates how team social dynamics may facilitate bureaucratic enhancements in the public sector. Subsequent empirical research should evaluate this paradigm and explore other factors that may affect these connections in various organizational situations.
