The main goal of this paper to determine the impact of digital transformation on organizational culture: an applied study on Employees of the Aqaba Special Economic Zone Authority. The population of study consist of 960 employees from the authority, and the sampling method that was used a comprehensive survey. A two-part questionnaire (demographic variables and study variables) was developed and the necessary data extracted. The questionnaire was distributed electronically via Google Form to 960 employees of the Authority, 490 questionnaires were obtained and tested through the Statistical Social Sciences Program (SPSS). The study reached a set of results, namely that there is a statistically significant impact of digital transformation (operational processes, skills, customer experience, technology) at level (α ≤ 0.05) on organizational culture (Attitude to risk, Trust, Respect for the individual) on employees of the Aqaba Special Zone Authority. Based on the results, the study recommended the necessity of increasing awareness and perceived value of operational processes, developing skills, investing in initiatives that promote digital transformation and a culture of continuous improvement, the necessity of promoting a culture of innovation and flexibility, rewarding creative solutions to problems, and adopting a set of qualitative methods that provide more detailed information about employees’ experiences and perceptions. Regarding digital transformation, which supports quantitative results and ensures coverage of all aspects related to digital transformation on organizational culture.
