Fresh Scrap atomized Aluminium alloy AA7075 were used as matrix for these composites and reinforced with Zr2O3 and Magnetic Iron Oxide (Fe3O4). This is produced by using a special doping process followed by Thixoforming. Electrical and Magnetic Properties were measured. Mechanical behaviour and time depending tests have been performed for electrical motor rotator parts in aeronautical Engineering. Microstructural analyses were also carried out at the Scanning electron microscopy (SEM).
