This text is positioned within the fields of Social Sciences and Humanities to examine how international migrants, indigenous women, youth, and older adults are subjects of different forms of discrimination. In doing so, it aligns with various Sustainable Development Goals, which are focused on promoting equal rights for all individuals and access to justice. Furthermore, on a regional level, it adheres to the Montevideo Consensus (MC), a document aimed at addressing inequalities to achieve sustainable development in Latin America. As a result, this text can contribute to at least five of the chapters developed within the MC.
