This study introduces a novel multi-purpose concrete formwork removal tool equipped with an advanced automatic control system that accurately recognizes and positions templates, simplifying the demoulding process. The tool offers excellent environmental adaptability, high safety with automatic power-off and anti-pinch features, and supports remote updates due to its modular design and open software architecture. Practical tests show a 50% reduction in demoulding time compared to traditional methods, highlighting its efficiency and safety. This tool meets current construction needs and paves the way for future technological innovations, contributing significantly to sustainable construction practices.
