New Construction Indicator Grading and Effect Evaluation of Smooth Blasting for Hard Rock Tunnels
摘要
Building a convenient and accurate evaluation system for the construction effect of smooth blasting in tunnels can greatly improve operational efficiency. Based on a Class III hard rock tunnel project, numerical calculations were carried out first and then indicators such as over-or under- excavation, contour smoothness, and damage degree of rock mass were selected to evaluate the final effect of smooth blasting. A primary and secondary collection was established, and a tunnel blasting effect evaluation system was constructed by assigning weights to the selected indicators. Results indicated that the proposed tunnel blasting effect evaluation was consistent with the numerical simulation, which suggested that the constructed evaluation system was reliable and convenient. The research results can provide a new method for evaluating the effectiveness of smooth blasting construction in hard rock tunnels.
