Chest pain is a common chief complaint in pediatrics and the etiology is broad, spanning multiple organ systems. Thankfully, most pediatric chest pain is due to benign causes and cardiac cases are rare. This chapter will present some common presentations of chest pain. We will discuss assessment and management of these patients. As well as, highlight the important signs and symptoms that define the more serious causes of chest pain.
