Small bowel tumors are a relatively rare entity that are insidious in nature but increasing in incidence. When evaluating patients with signs of obstruction and anemia, providers must include small bowel malignancies on the differential. While treatment options vary based on histologic characteristics of the tumor, the mainstay of treatment is surgical with either curative or palliative intent.
