In the context of digitization of education, it is important to take into account not only the individual characteristics of students, but also their abilities and skills in using technology. Therefore, there is a need to develop an optimal strategy for supporting students in a virtual learning environment. The purpose of the research is to develop the effective strategies that will help students to adapt successfully to virtual learning and achieve high results. This involves studying the needs and challenges faced by students in a virtual learning environment, analysis of the existing support strategies and their efficiency in virtual learning, and modification of the existing support strategies, taking into account the unique features of the virtual learning environment, as well as using artificial intelligence tools. Based on the analysis of existing support strategies and determination of their effectiveness in virtual learning, the authors substantiated the methodological features and requirements for the development of student support strategies in the virtual learning environment. The study of effective methods of adapting the educational content for the online format and the conditions for building strategies to support students in the process of learning the material was conducted. The analysis of the possibilities of online support for students, including remote advisory support, online resources, and other forms of support, was conducted. The importance of constant monitoring and updating of support strategies is determined, taking into consideration the dynamism of the educational digital environment.
