Exploring the Social Impact of Multidisciplinary, Multicultural Hybrid Collaborative Learning Across Diverse Domains
摘要
In this study, we summarize the long-term experience of an international collaborative learning initiative focused on innovative entrepreneurship. Empirical evidence is drawn from case studies and participant observations to evaluate the impact of the program on academia, business, and wider society. We highlight the importance of the combination of international, multicultural, and multidisciplinary aspects of the collaboration to address the complexity and the scale of today’s societal challenges. Such initiatives have high potential to raise the level of cross-cultural understanding, tolerance, and innovation, shaping a more interconnected and socially conscious global community.
