In this chapter, we develop a methodology tailored to the assessment of emerging technologies and visions, and specifically organoid technology in the context of precision medicine. We begin this work by reviewing existing publications on assessing emerging technologies. We then build on the framework we found most relevant, vision assessment, as well as other publications. We enhance this framework by including original elements of methodology. The last section introduces the concrete steps of the methodology that we developed and presents the collected material.
