Artificial Intelligence and the Internet of Things have become transformative forces in the global technology industry. However, the implementation of AI and IoT technologies in the industry faces challenges related to initial investment costs and workforce skills adjustment, which can hinder innovation and successful implementation. This study aims to understand how the technology industry can implement sustainable strategies for AI and IoT in a cost-effective way, encourage innovation, and minimize negative impacts on the workforce. This study uses quantitative methods to analyze the relationship between factors that influence the success and sustainability of AI and IoT implementation. The population in this study included company managers with a purposive sample of 200 respondents, using an online survey for data collection, and data analysis through Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results show that effective cost management, innovation, and improving the quality of the workforce contribute to increasing the success of the implementation of the company's strategy, despite challenges in terms of costs and workforce skills. This shows the importance of integrating operational efficiency, innovation, and human resource development in creating competitiveness and sustainability of companies.
