Study This is a quantitative research, with a sample of 80 respondents. This study used SmartPLS software version 4.0. The results of this study indicate that HR competence has an influence significant with mark t-statistic 3280 > 1.96 And p-value 0.001 < 0.05 on employee performance. Facilities work has not significant with a t-statistic value of 0.536 < 1.96 and p-values of 0.592 > 0.05 on employee performance. HR competency has no influence significant with a t-statistic value of 1.622 < 1.96 and p-values 0.105 > 0.05 on job satisfaction. Facilities work has an influence significant with a t-statistic value of 4.356 > 1.96 and p-values of 0.000 < 0.05 on Job Satisfaction. Job satisfaction has an influence significant with a t-statistic value of 6.590 > 1.96 and p-values of 0.000 < 0.05 to performance employee. HR Competence with mediated by Job Satisfaction has no significant influence with t-statistic value 1586 < 1.96 and p-values 0.133 > 0.05 on employee performance. Facilities work mediated by Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant influence with a t-statistic value of 3.104 > 1.96 and p-values of 0.00 2 < 0.05 on employee performance. This study is expected to be one of the information for agencies to improve performance employee, as well as capable become reference For decision making related to policies that will be issued by the agency for its employees.
