The current study aims to determine the availability of human resource agility and its dimensions (initiative, adaptation, flexibility) in the organization under study, and the extent of its impact on organizational change and its dimensions (change in human resources, change in organizational structure, change in technology). The study was applied within the General Company for Food Products in Baghdad, The research problem was determined by the existence of changes affecting the work of the organization under study, and indicating whether human resources agility has an impact on this organizational change. The descriptive analysis approach was adopted to conduct the study. The questionnaire tool was used to collect data for statistical analysis. The research sample was (83) individuals, and the number of valid questionnaires was (80), a scientific statistical program, represented by (SPSS, V:24), was used to process and extract the results. The results showed that human resources agility makes employees more receptive to organizational changes in line with their orientations and achieves the goals of the organization under study.
