The research is aimed to examine how Indonesian companies’ corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs influence the employment intentions of job seekers in Generation Z. Organizational attractiveness is one of the other mediating factors included in this study. Furthermore, job seekers career choices have not yet been determined using the moderator variable of the individuals environmental value. This is a quantitative study in which the data are obtained from online questionnaires and analyzed with the use of SmartPLS. The sample data used in the analysis was gathered from 181 Gen Z individuals who were presently actively seeking jobs. According to this study, job seekers intentions are affected by Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in both direct and indirect ways. Corporate social responsibility and job-seeking intentions may be correlated with organizational attractiveness. Meanwhile, individual environmental values had no effect on the relationship between corporate social responsibility (CSR) and organizational attractiveness.
