The research aims to explore the influence of personal ethics perception and values with differences in cultural origins, native language and cultural dimensions (individualism and collectivism) to shape corporate culture for effective implementation of corporate social responsibility today. The research adopts qualitative open-ended interviews with purposive sampling, which is synthesized with thematic analysis to produce TEN (10) key themes of qualitative findings. The research findings contribute to new insights in shaping ethical corporate culture which is a crucial part of corporate social responsibility among enterprises today.
