Globalization increases the competition so much that large corporations continually adapt to new global challenges and changes while underway. Information technology, therefore, becomes one driver in this scenario that is crucial for growth and sustainability. IT infrastructural and emergent technologies greatly influence the operations of large organizations, moving their competitiveness from regional to global. This research explores how change management is used in preparing large organizations in preparation for globalization. It establishes the complexities of leadership, communication, information technology, and staff engagement as central elements in organizational change processes. This paper, researched by qualitative literature review and descriptive analysis, synthesizes scholarly papers published from 2001 to 2024 and retrieved through Google Scholar. Therefore, flexibility and adaptability are key to the efforts of organizations to flourish in the globalization landscape. The result is critical since effective change management strategies must be put into the discussion, preparing organizations to face modern businessmen in turbulence. Good leadership, clear communication, innovative use of technology, and employee involvement are key characteristics of such strategies. Leadership is the most important factor in influencing and steering change. It fosters an organizational culture of resilience and adaptability. The present strategy thus incorporates clear communication to ensure that all stakeholders are aligned and informed about the change process. A higher efficiency of the operational processes and data-based decision-making are raised with advanced technology. Employees must participate, too, because it creates a sense of ownership and commitment to organizational goals. Organizations should focus on visionary, transformational leadership combined with effective management practices that ensure sustainable competitiveness in the global market as the only way to navigate best the complexities of an age epitomized by living in a digital world.
