Assessing the Influence of Green Supply Chain Management on Manufacturing Firms’ Performance in Nigeria’s Niger Delta
摘要
The intention of this investigation was to assess the performance of listed manufacturing companies in the Niger Delta region of Nigeria with respect to green supply chain management techniques. This work was done using a cross-sectional descriptive survey. The Kwagure and Morgan table (B70) was used as a representative 2003, and 210 people constitute the unit of analysis of 460 total participants. Consequently, data was collected from the complete supply chain reports of 210 procurement officers, and regression margins were computed using SPSS software. The study found that using GSCM techniques improved overall quality, strategic emphasis, and logistical efficiency. The findings also show that manufacturing businesses can meet customer demands and create new connections across the supply chain. In conclusion, environmental sustainability is being promoted, resource waste is declining, and the percentage of environmental innovation is rising. It was stated that managers of organisations should use GSCM approaches and that government mediation is necessary for progress.
