Resulting outcomes include boosting customer and employee loyalty, also enhancing brand value. The research results demonstrate that companies that actively implement corporate social responsibility have a greater ability to attract investments, establish stronger partnerships, and better adapt to changes in market conditions. Particular attention is paid to the role of environmental initiatives and social projects that contribute to enhancing the reputational capital of companies and increasing their competitive positions in the market.
