In order to enhance the management level of students, this chapter puts forward the application of Data Mining in the Student Management System. This chapter introduces the system’s general design and database design. The Student Integrated Information Management System integrates the Student’s Basic Information Management, Student Status Management, Score Management, and Graduation Management. It analyzes the data of outlier student groups and provides different perspectives to students who are socially closed, have irregular lifestyles, and have lower academic performance. The results indicate that labeling B-class students as excellent groups can provide different perspectives of attention to A-class and D-class students offline, urging them to focus on their studies and encouraging social participation in extracurricular activities. The algorithm adopted by the author has improved the classification performance, The SSF value is 45090.527, which is lower than traditional k-means and Lof + traditional K-means. The system has improved the level of data analysis and provided decision support for student training.
