Nasal Hump
摘要
The nasal dorsal hump is one of the most challenging aspects of rhinoplasty due to its contribution to both the frontal and lateral aesthetic contours of the nose. Due to significant subjective bias from both the patient and the surgeon, the contour of the dorsal aesthetics should be discussed and planned by both parties within the framework of aesthetic and ethnic norms in order to guarantee a favorable outcome. This chapter discusses a systematic approach to addressing the nasal dorsal hump with review of the anatomy and case presentation with specific pearls and pitfalls.
