Nanofat is a versatile aesthetic procedure that has significantly evolved since 2013. Nanofat is filtered lipid made by mechanical emulsification of the microfat containing tissue stromal vascular fraction (t-SVF) and adipose derived stem cells (ADSCs). Thus, ADSCs have important regenerative and rejuvenative properties. Several reports have been published using nanofat as an intradermal filler for skin rejuvenation, texture improvement, scar treatment, dark circles, and hair loss treatment. We present three cases and a step-by-step technique of the procedure. We discuss post-operative care, limitations, possible complications, pearls, and pitfalls. Nanofat treatment is safe and it conveys beneficial effects on skin rejuvenation as per the post-operative skin texture changes and the satisfaction of patients.
