Middle Facial 1/3: Bunny Lines
摘要
This chapter offers an evidence‐based analysis of botulinum toxin applications for facial rejuvenation, with a particular focus on the mid‐third of the face and the management of bunny lines. It delineates the intricate anatomy of the nasalis muscle—dividing it into its transverse and alar components—and the levator labii superioris alaeque nasi (LLSAN), whose segmented structure plays a crucial role in dynamic wrinkle formation. The text systematically classifies bunny lines into four distinct typologies—nasal-diagonal, naso-glabellar, diagonal-canthal, and composite—thereby providing a framework for tailored injection strategies. Detailed descriptions of injection landmarks, depths, and dosages for different botulinum toxin formulations are presented, ensuring precision and reproducibility in clinical practice.
