Lower Blepharoplasty: Transconjunctival Fat Resection with Skin Pinch Skin Reduction
摘要
Simple lower blepharoplasty has aimed at treating issues created by prolapsed orbital fat and/or lower lid skin excess, and, to a lesser degree, some vascularity aspects related to the subcutaneous plane of the lower lid. The transconjunctival approach to fat resection with a skin pinch for lower lid skin reduction provides a safe, predictable surgical method to correct these problems while minimizing complications.
