This chapter describes a two-layer technique using hyaluronic acid filler to enhance the chin, melomental fold, and pre-jowl sulcus. Structural support is achieved with deep supraperiosteal injections, while superficial filler placement softens contour transitions and improves lower face definition. Key anatomical landmarks, aesthetic proportions, and vascular considerations are outlined to guide safe and effective treatment. A clinical case, injection technique, post-treatment care, complications, limitations, and pearls are provided to support consistent, natural-looking results.
