The cheek serves as the foundation for rejuvenation by supporting the upper and lower face and plays a fundamental role in the perception of beauty by reflecting light and providing attractive contours. This chapter identifies characteristics of the aging cheek and describes a three dimensional approach to volume restoration using hyaluronic acid fillers in the deep and superficial tissues of the cheek and temporal scalp to provide lift and improved contour of the midface and jawline. Anatomy, necessary supplies, patient assessment, injection technique, aftercare, complications, limitations and pearls and potential pitfalls will be discussed.
