This chapter specifically looks through the lens of the organisation to establish what it can identify as the main challenges for the organisation going forward post-pandemic as they continue their work with refugees. This part of the research examines the main issues for the organisation based on the research findings above, and respectfully offers recommendations. It outlines some of the main issues which are being focussed upon by the organisation alongside considering the opportunities for the organisation to move forward and adapt to the specific needs of this vulnerable and marginalised group within society.
