The fascinating world of nanotechnologies and converging technologies, which managed to carve out a large space within the world techno-scientific scenario, has led to a series of innovations and advantages in multiple sectors of pure and applied science, resulting in a wide range of relapse into the daily life of human being. Their development has been very rapid and globalizing, and what is emphasized in daily reality are the innumerable positive aspects; however, there are also possible medium- and long-term negative effects, under study and still unknown, which are and must be the subject of in-depth scientific and human research. The ethical and trans human aspects are among the first to be involved in the discussion on how far science can expand its borders in an absolutely free way, independent of possible negative destinies for humanity. Never as in this time (since the beginning of 2020) we are witnessing a phase of directing society towards impositions and authoritarian directions in the name of a questionable idea of science and of the human being destiny, a dangerous departure from a healthy and objective science at the service of humanity. This work aims to deal with these issues, starting from the basic contents and investigating the possible negative implications to which the inappropriate use of tools that make use of nanotechnologies can lead if science becomes scientism or scientist fideism.
