We also seek to elevate the important work that you do, by providing you with clear examples of how to integrate research into practice with intentionality. The chapter also presents the 4-H Thriving Model as an example of synthesizing research into a model that informs positive youth development practice. The chapter ends with an overview of the organization and contents on this volume.
