This article theoretically studies the theoretical influence of artificial intelligence (AI) on knowledge management within companies. By combining essential concepts of knowledge management with advances in artificial intelligence, this study examines how new technologies are changing knowledge management methods and impacting human resource dynamics. Internal and external knowledge, as well as new challenges and opportunities posed by AI, are comprehensively examined to provide an in-depth view of the implications of AI for strategic knowledge management.
