The study seeks to evaluate the relationship among adoption of AI of traditional banks in Jordan and risk management, specifically credit and operational risk. The study population consists of individuals employed in the banking sector to achieve this goal. The sample consists of 15 conventional banks during 2020. This study employed AI adoption as its independent variable and incorporated risk management factors, including credit risk management and operational risk management, as its dependent variables. The results indicate that the utilization of AI has led to enhancements in both operational risk management and credit risk management.
