Enhancing Public Institution Performance Through HR Tech Solutions
摘要
This study delves into the impact of modern technology on human resource management efficiency within public institutions in Saudi Arabia. The research population comprised 250 managers from various governmental entities in the region. Employing a descriptive analytical approach, the study investigated the relationship between the implementation of Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and employee efficiency. The methodology involved a survey-based approach, utilizing validated questionnaires to gather data on technology integration and its effects on HR operations. Statistical analysis using SPSS and Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) unveiled a significant positive correlation between HRIS utilization and employee efficiency (p < 0.05). The results indicated a notable enhancement in administrative effectiveness, with a simultaneous increase in employee satisfaction following technology integration. Based on the findings, recommendations center on the continuous adoption of updated HR technologies, emphasizing training programs to maximize their utilization, ultimately bolstering HR management efficiency within Saudi public institutions.
